Ryga Festival

Summerland's Arts Festival,

Inspired by George Ryga

In the great tradition of communities coming together over music, this Sunday morning Hootenanny is a community gathering of music, singing, playing, and enjoyment.

hootenanny: definition

1.  a social gathering or informal concert featuring folk singing and, sometimes, dancing.

2.  an informal session at which folk singers and instrumentalists perform for their own enjoyment.

On this last day of the Ryga Festival, everyone is invited to join us at the Summerland Art Centre to sing and celebrate.

Bring an instrument if you want to join in, or just bring yourself.

Starting at 10am. There will be refreshments.
